What is the turnaround time for receiving the final edited video content?

The turnaround time for receiving the first edited draft video (to be approved) is structured under a "Delivery Time Frame on our package detail" that guarantees a minimum of three videos per event day for Gold package, and up to 5 videos per day for our Premium package. This indicates that for each day of the event, you can expect at least three edited videos to be delivered. So you can approve and broadcast the content during the event timeline (as fresh news).

Note: we can try our best to accommodate any specific turnaround request. The request must be made during our pre-event meeting when a schedule is collaboratively created and followed.

To access all the raw and final edited content, a download link is shared 7 days after the event. This link is active for 3 months.

Yes. Even though we specialize on videos, both of our packages includes photography.

Do you offer support for promoting the event on social media?

Yes, we offer various levels of support for promoting your event on social media. Firstly, we can create videos specifically designed to support your promotional efforts, such as video ads, invites featuring your booth number, and sneak peek videos. Additionally, we actively promote our presence and partnership with our clients on digital platforms. Our agency also offers digital media buying services, although this is available for an extra fee. However, it's important to note that our event coverage packages do not include digital promotion services.
