Flow Online Team will do all the legwork for you. We'll set your own access to our platform and our team and workflow pretty much does it all.

Here are what is needed from you:

  • Share brand assets
  • Review, approve, give feedback on the material provided (graphics, videos, intro…)
  • Participate in our meetings (specially the strategic video creation planning)
  • Make use of the graphics to request testimonials; promote it as much as possible
  • Publish the videos on your channels
  • Make use of your project manager

Note:

  • We do NOT publish the content in your channels. You are the one responsible for it.
  • We do not cover printing cost for the flyers and posters.
  • For an extra free, we can edit more than 10 videos (up to 2 min) per month. The credits do NOT roll over for the following months.
  • You use the credit on the same month or you lose it.

Are my videos locked down on your platform, or do I own them?

You own the videos - raw and edited versions. You can download it right away from your client portal. If the person gave you a concent to you their image, it's yours to use. Note: we may share certain videos for marketing purposes with your expressed consent.

Does my subscription renew automatically?

Yes. Your subscription is renewed automatically, respecting the selected payment terms (6 months or 12 months, monthly or upfront payment).

Example, if you chose to pay monthly, you'll be charged every month on the same day of your first payment.
